"What I like about photographs is that they capture a moment that's gone forever, impossible to reproduce."

Karl Lagerfeld

Where has the Time Gone?

As a father of two teenagers and a toddler, I know all too well how fast they are small one minute, and then you blink once, and they are about to graduate. One of the reasons I became a photographer is to capture these moments, because I myself have so many, I'll never get to see again.

Look Back and Remember

Do you remember the moment you found out you were going to be a parent? How about the day your child took their Senior photos before they head off to college? Moments like these are why I became a photographer. To capture the exact moment when nothing else in the world matters. Even if there comes a day our memory forgets, we can always know a photo never will.

Just Be Yourself

Sometimes you just have to go with the flow and come as you are, but why not still feel fantastic at your photo shoot? I'm not a fan of staging moments, I love to help with posing, but sometimes the best shots I get are organic moments like this when no one is ready for them. If we aren't laughing and having fun together, I'm not doing my job right.
